I’m here to rage against all that’s fucked up in this world!

All the self-serving bastards that like to call themselves human,

All the self-righteous asseholes who need their noses rubbed in

The stench of their hypocrisy.

All the crimes that go unpunished, all the innocent victims whose cries

Fall on deaf ears,

The very fact that in order to succeed we must look out for number one

Instead of for the needs of others,

Ya I’m hear to rage, I’m here to rage!

I’ve tried to be the nice guy, the one that everyone could rely on,

But where were they when my world came crashing down?

All my life I’ve tried to understand others,

But who understands me?

So now I’m going to do something for myself and the rest of humanity.

I’m going to take my feelings off the shelf and stick them in your face,

I’m going to dispel all hypocrisy so that there’s not even a trace,

I’m going to tell it like it is because the brutal truth is the best truth.

Mincing my words hasn’t got me anywhere so now I’m going to

Tell it like it is.

I’ll rage for you, I’ll rage for me, I’ll rage for what’s right,

And I’ll rage against all that’s wrong.

Don’t stand in my way, I’ll knock you over,

Don’t get in my face or I’ll blow you away.

Don’t try to push me, don’t try to shove me,

Just back off and let me find me.
